Many enterprises, in particular listed companies*, have established internal procedures allowing employees ("whistleblowers") to report actual or presumed breaches of the law of any kind within the company to a neutral external ombudsperson. I act as external ombudsperson for enterprises which have instructed me accordingly. Their employees may report non-compliance events to me openly or on a protected no-name basis
